About the role The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for maintaining and building ongoing relationships with clients and candidates for a Recruitment Desk at BROOK. This is a 360 recruitment role and you will be across the full recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

- Screen applications via Bullhorn, the BROOK Portal, Jobs boards and LinkedIn
- Meet KPI targets set around Interviews, Client Meetings, Resumes submitted and Business Development Activity
- Build strong rapport with clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Attend corporate networking functions
- Negotiate terms of business rates
- Build a network of contacts within a specific target market and cultivate those relationships
- Receive and record job details from clients
- Write and create engaging advertisements
- Screen candidates and manage enquiries regarding the role to ascertain suitability and fit
- Conduct initial agency interviews with candidates and prepare shortlists to submit and brief the client

About you

- Exposure to Recruitment or HR is ideal
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail in following tasks through from beginning to end
- Time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong business acumen
