We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment team in either Sydney or Melbourne. About you

We’re looking for someone who is driven, curious, commercially minded and motivated by outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management
- Confidence engaging with clients and candidates, and building trusted relationships
- A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
- A collaborative mindset, while still taking ownership of your own success

Recruitment experience would be ideal, but it’s not the only thing we value. If you have solid outbound sales experience, enjoy building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused setting, we’d love to hear from you.
