About the role

n

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the ELT, the CFO will be responsible for driving the financial agenda, guiding the business through a transformative growth phase. The role requires a hands-on leader—someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

n

n
- Maintain high levels of financial governance while scaling systems and processes for growth
n
- Guide and develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team
n
- Support M&A;, investor relations, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives
n
- Forge strong stakeholder relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners
n

n

Ideal profile

n

n
- Senior finance experience as a CFO or equivalent in a market facing role in a high-growth, fast paced business with diversified operations
n
- Demonstrated experience in IPO/ASX/exit processes, ASX reporting and disclosures
n
- Open and collaborative, likes working in a fast-paced, stimulating, and informal environment with dynamic and strong individuals
n




- Inspirational leadership style with experience building high-performing teams. Someone who can turn math into English, a chameleon who can talk to anyone from the Board, analysts, Sales team, to the shop floor
n
- CA/CPA qualified, with MBA or equivalent advantageous
n
