The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented and experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to join this respected practice.

n

Reporting to an accomplished senior practitioner, and supported by a mid-level lawyer, you'll work on a high-quality mix of complex estate planning and estate administration matters for a loyal and growing client base.

n

The role offers autonomy, challenge, and the chance to play a key role in a thriving practice, while being surrounded by genuinely great people.

Skills & Experience

n

The ideal candidate will bring around 10 years' PAE and experience in:

n

n
- Advising on complex estate planning,



including succession of trust structures and SMSFs
n
- Business succession planning
n
- Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications and letters of administration
n
- Managing estate administration from asset realisation through to distribution
n
- Delivering strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients
n
- Participating in business development activities to help grow the practice
n
- Advanced drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to managing matters end-to-end
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
n
