Senior Account Executive – Corporate Insurance Broking

n

Sydney CBD | Hybrid working | $120,000 – $150,000 + super

n

A well-established insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Corporate Broking team in Sydney. This is a senior, client-facing role suited to an experienced broker who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering high-touch service to sophisticated corporate clients.

The Role

n

You will be a key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Account Directors to manage complex insurance programs and ensure exceptional client outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for corporate clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
n
- Managing renewals end-to-end, including strategy, submissions, negotiations and placement
n
- Providing high-level technical advice across complex, multi-line insurance programs
n
- Liaising closely with insurers and underwriters to achieve competitive and tailored outcomes
n
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the corporate team
n
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal governance requirements
n

About You

n

n




- Significant experience in insurance broking within a corporate or large commercial environment
n
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to retain and grow client portfolios
n
- Solid technical knowledge across core commercial lines (Property, Liability, Construction or similar)
n
- Tier 1 qualified (essential)
n
- Confident, professional communicator who can engage at senior client level
n
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
n
