About the Role

n

An ICU Registrar will provide 24/7 onsite medical care, assessment and coordination of patients within the ICU and HDU across both hospital sites. Work will be supported by experienced intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high-quality critical care and clinical support within the ICU.
n
- Coordinate ICU admissions and discharges with the nurse in charge.
n
- Participate in the ICU roster, including after-hours and on-call commitments.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Demonstrated ICU experience providing high-quality patient care.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills in busy clinical environments.
n
- Commitment to teaching and supervising medical, nursing and allied health staff.
n
- Appropriate medical qualifications and current AHPRA registration,



or eligibility for full AHPRA registration within 12 months.
n
- PGY3 or above, with a minimum of 6 months' ICU experience and 12 months' anaesthetic training prior to commencement.
n
