About the Role:

This isn't your typical collections role.

You’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, build relationships, negotiate repayment solutions and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Reporting to a highly supportive leader,



you’ll be given the autonomy to manage your portfolio while receiving ongoing coaching and development to help you succeed.

Day to Day You Will:

- Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Build relationships and negotiate repayment arrangements
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
- Assess hardship enquiries and identify practical solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes

About You:

- Ideally have 1-3 years’ collections experience - either in a collections agency or in-house, B2B or B2C background are both highly valued
- Alternatively, experience in sales, account management, customer service or another role involving outbound customer contact
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, and strong relationship-building skills are essential
- Comfortable having difficult conversations while remaining empathetic and professional
- Good excel skills - advanced not required however you know how to do the basics!
- Positive, energetic and motivated
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
