Maintenance Handyman - Waterloo Location

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Handyman to join their maintenance team, looking after a portfolio of retail and high-end residential buildings in Waterloo.

Key Responsibilities

- General handyman and property maintenance duties
- Minor repairs, patching, painting and basic carpentry
- Attending to maintenance requests across retail and residential areas
- Coordinating with building management, residents, tenants and contractors
- Identifying maintenance issues and arranging appropriate repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance activities

About You

- Previous handyman, property maintenance or facilities maintenance experience




- Broad practical skills across general repairs and maintenance
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working within high-end residential and retail environments
- Current driver’s licence
- Relevant trade qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential
