Job Description

As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. From assisting chairside during dental procedures to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, you'll help deliver outstanding care at every touchpoint.

- Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.

- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
n
- Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
n
- Greeting patients with a warm, professional, and caring approach.
n
- Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records.
n
- Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
n




- Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively to our team.

- A positive and hardworking individual with a passion for dental care.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.

- A commitment to professional development and learning.

- Applicants must have/obtain a validWorking with Children Check(WWCC info)
