Role Responsibilities
n
n
- Maintain underground electrical infrastructure and fixed plant equipment
n
- Fault finding, breakdowns and preventative maintenance
n
- Work on HV/LV systems, switchboards, MCCs and underground power distribution
n
- Maintain mining equipment including pumps, conveyors, fans and associated infrastructure
n
- Complete electrical installations, testing and commissioning
n

Requirements
n
n
- Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
n
- Current Electrical Licence
n
- Underground hard rock mining experience (essential)
n
- Minimum 3 years' mining electrical experience
n
- Underground fixed plant and mobile equipment experience
n
- White Card
n
- Working at Heights
n
- Confined Space
n
- EWP >11m (highly desirable)
n
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
- Ability to pass medical, drug & alcohol screening
n
- Australian working rights
