About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Frontend Developer and Web Design to join our team in a senior, business-critical capacity. This is a full-time, permanent position that sits at the heart of our technology operations, providing vital continuity between design, development, and delivery.

You will lead our frontend architecture and work closely with stakeholders, international teams, and internal departments to deliver high-quality, scalable digital products. This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of frontend strategy and execution within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead frontend architecture and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
n
- Design and document frontend features, including UI/UX solutions aligned with business requirements
n
- Write, test, and deploy frontend code across the company's platforms
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirements and translate them into effective design outcomes
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Australia and India to ensure aligned delivery
n
- Mentor, onboard, and support developers and designers to achieve exceptional outcomes
n
- Oversee integration, testing, and troubleshooting of frontend modules
n




- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies to inform the company's technical direction
n
- Contribute to business development strategies relating to frontend services
n

About You

n

You are a seasoned frontend professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. You thrive in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment and are confident managing both the technical and people dimensions of a senior role.

You will bring:

n

n
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
n
- Demonstrated expertise in frontend development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks)
n
- Experience with UI/UX design tools and principles
n
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Git) and modern development workflows
n
- Proven experience (7+ years) leading and mentoring technical teams
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional and/or international teams
n
- A proactive approach to technology research and continuous improvement
n
- experience with modern AI tools + building and using AI agents
n

Pay: $155,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year

n
