The Role

Based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Banyo, you will support our engineering and production teams by delivering high-quality, efficient maintenance services. This dynamic role will challenge your technical skills through a mix of planned maintenance, rapid breakdown response and exciting new machinery deployments.

Your problem-solving abilities and capacity to think on your feet will be highly valued within our fast-paced Engineering & Maintenance team. If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, this is your next career step.

This position operates on a regular, structured roster across the following hours:

- Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 pm to 9:06 pm
- Saturday:7:0 am to 3:06 pm or 8:00 am to 4:06 pm





Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, controland diagnose FMCG machinery including fillers, mixers, conveyorsand robotics.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and production breakdowns using hydraulics and pneumatics expertise.
- Execute planned maintenance tasks and log data utilizing the MEX asset management system.
- Identify, developand participate in continuous improvement initiatives and machinery projects.
- Safely operate and maintain plant equipment, including steam and gas appliances where required.

About You

You are a proactive, collaborative trade professional who thrives under pressure and champions strong teamwork.

- Relevant mechanical trade qualification with 5+ years of FMCG production environment experience.
- Proven proficiency with planned maintenance systems, ideally utilizing MEX software or similar.
- Familiarity with automation, machinery reliability engineeringand complex fault-finding.
- Confined Space, Working at Heightsand EWP certifications are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on safety and quick, analytical thinking.

Candidates must have full work rights in Australia – Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen.
