Senior Project Manager – Fixed Term to September 2027

Based in Geelong AND Melbourne CBD | $149,000 + Super

n

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex business transformation initiatives within a large Victorian organisation. This is not a technical IT infrastructure role. You will lead people‐centric transformation programs that translate strategy into structured, well‐governed delivery. Working closely with senior leaders and sponsors, you will manage planning, governance, risk, reporting and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex business transformation initiatives from planning through to delivery
n
- Manage scope, schedule, risk, budget and governance requirements
n
- Prepare strategic papers and contribute to business cases
n
- Report to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders
n
- Lead cross‐functional project teams and manage interdependencies
n
- Partner with change specialists to support stakeholder engagement and adoption
n

About You

n

n




- 5‐10 years' experience in senior project management roles
n
- Proven delivery of complex business transformation programmes
n
- Solid governance, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement capability
n
- Experience in government, insurance, health or disability sectors highly regarded
n

This is a full‐time fixed term opportunity until September 2027, based in Geelong AND Melbourne with hybrid working (60% office attendance required).
