Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSTOM Package, a $5 billion public‐private partnership that will transform Western Sydney.

The Opportunity
n
You will play a critical administration role supporting the Testing & Commissioning team by managing documentation, issuing test reports, collecting information from the field and maintaining accurate, compliant document control systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a site‐based project environment.

Occasional travel to site at Badgery's Creek.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Foster positive working relationships with site team
n
- Maintain testing & commissioning document control systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
n
- Issue, track and close out test reports, inspection records and commissioning documentation
n
- Coordinate document workflows between field teams, engineers,
subcontractors and stakeholders
n
- Support reporting, dashboards and progress tracking for the T&C; team
n
- Proactively identify process improvements in T&C; documentation
n
n
What We're Looking For

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective project delivery
n
- Experience in a site‐based coordination, document control or project support role
n
- Experience with document control systems and construction projectsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid‐paced site environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office
n
