About the Role:

As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead a group of children aged 3-5 years in a purpose-built early learning centre that values relationships, play-based learning, and professional excellence. Youll be supported by a passionate team of educators, a strong leadership team, and a curriculum that empowers you to bring your teaching vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality,



age-appropriate program
n
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Observe, document, and assess childrens learning and development
n
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
n

About You:

n

n
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
n
- Hold current VIT registration or be eligible to apply
n
- Passionate about child‐led learning and inclusive practice
n
- Willing to relocate or already planning a move to Melbourne CBD
n
