n
- Explain results clearly across rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, engagement, visibility, and revenue impact.
n
- Manage client concerns, feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally.
n
- Maintain accurate notes, follow‐ups, project updates, and account records.
n
- Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities based on client needs and performance gaps.
