Responsibilities

n

n




- Managing structural works from in‐ground through to topping out
n
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
n
- Monitoring safety, quality, and programme performance
n
- Driving productivity and programme outcomes
n
- Managing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post‐tensioning activities
n
- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
n
- Assisting with construction planning and sequencing
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience supervising structural works on construction projects
n
- Experience on mid‐rise or high‐rise developments is essential
n
- Residential tower or commercial high‐rise experience highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies
n
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
