My Guardian is seeking a motivated Client Intake Officer in Queensland to lead face-to-face client engagements, assess needs, and guide families through intake and decision-making processes. You will work with the QLD BDM team while embedding within Case Management to support care delivery.

This fast-paced, relationship-driven role requires solid communication, empathy, and attention to detail as you manage referrals and onboarding for SaH packages and NDIS services.
