As a key member of our Senior Management team and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the GM of Operations (VIC) is a strategic leadership position designed for someone who doesn't just understand the aged care sector — but lives and breathes it.

In this role, you will be:

n

n
- Acting as an effective support conduit between in office Residential Managers, other General Managers and Support Service functions.
n
- Leading a team of Residential Managers and supporting them to achieve their goals
n
- Driving residential compliance such as Strengthened Standards, WHS and Food Safety Standards
n
- Leading projects / Support sites throughout the regions
n




- Consistently demonstrating and role-modelling a high performance, outcome-focused approach
n
- Maximising revenue (AN-ACC) and managing costs
n
- Setting and sustaining a strong, values‐led culture across a multi‐site portfolio
n
- Assisting with commissioning new residential aged care homes and/or integrating acquired sites into an existing portfolio
n
- Developing and maintaining an effective, empowered and efficient team to meet the key result areas of the For Purpose Aged Care strategic plan.
