ConsultANZ is looking for a Contract Administrator in Sydney. The project is $300M of Road and Bridge maintenance project.

Main Duties

n

n
- Work closely within the commercial team to support project delivery.
n
- Administer subcontractor packages of work, including general subcontractor management.
n
- Engage with headline contracts with the client, TfNSW.
n
- Manage change processes including variations and change management.
n
- Participate in procurement activities for subcontractor packages.
n
- Support works delivery across roads, bridges, and medium-scale upgrade projects.
n

Requirements

n

n
- More than 4 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the civil infrastructure sector.
n
- Strong background in subcontractor management and contract administration.
n
- Knowledge and experience working with TfNSW contracts preferred.
n




- Solid understanding of procurement processes and change management.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
n
