Lead Educator

We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to shape the curriculum and learning experience for young children, fostering a strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children, and families.
n
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
n
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices, including EYLF and NQS.
n
- Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one.
n
- In‐depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‐based learning.
n
- Experience leading a room or team.
n




- Strong commitment to outstanding education and care for young children.
n
- Aligned with the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
n
- Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
n
- Ability to provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated "National Child Safety Training" via Geccko, or willingness to obtain it prior to employment.
n
