An opportunity has become available to join our dynamic team at Footlab+ in a reception/administration assistant role. Footlab+ is a modern, professional podiatry clinic committed to the delivery of high quality care and service to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated person with excellent reception and patient care skills to join the team and work at both our locations in Wantirna South and Ringwood.

The successful applicant will act in a support role with an administration team providing reception support to our two practice sites and 2 satellite sites where we employ a clinical team of 16 Podiatrists.

3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

Main Duties:

- Provide reception support involving answering telephone calls, booking appointments, processing service payments
- Sterilisation of instruments (training provided)
- Use of practice management software for booking appointments (extensive training provided)




- Other tasks as required in the support of clinical staff and the day to day running of the practice

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

Previous experience in medical/allied health reception will be looked on favourably but is not considered essential for successful application.

Extensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
