Job Description

A high-profile opportunity exists for an experienced Head of FP&A; to join a fast-growing FMCG/Retail business during a significant period of growth, transformation and capability uplift. Reporting to the GM Finance, you will lead the ANZ FP&A; function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive commercial performance, planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
n
- Deliver executive and board-level insights and commentary
n
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain leaders
n
- Drive pricing, margin and profitability analysis
n
- Lead and develop a small FP&A; team
n
- Support systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives
n
- Contribute to the business's growth and transformation agenda
n

About You

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified
n
- 10+ years' experience across FP&A; and commercial finance
n
- FMCG,



Retail or Consumer Products experience preferred
n
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
n
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
n
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
- Able to bring structure, best practice and influence at a senior level
n
