About You
n
n
- 5+ years' experience in a multi‐site retail leadership role
n
- Proven success driving sales and improving store performance
n
- Strong coaching and team development capability
n
- Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast‐paced retail environment
n
n
Due to the multi‐site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. A competitive car allowance is provided.
