Job Description
What You'll Do
n
The AVP/Branch Manager will manage day-to-day branch activities of their branch by leading a team of bank professionals to achieve company goals for sales, service, and operational excellence. The AVP/Branch Manager directs, manages and leads the marketing and sales activities, including budget projections of a branch to improve market share and achieve the business, financial and sales goals.

Responsibilities Include
n
n
- Reinforce sales management process by conducting monthly sales meetings
n
- Establish sales goals for each branch sales team member. Track and report progress towards achieving sales goals
n
- Ensure quality and integrity of the sales process. Identify and refer prospective customers to specialized area departments within the Bank, Real Estate, Asset and Trust, Investment & Brokerage and SBA
n
- Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking
n
- Responsible for insuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner as per customer service standards. Encourage branch staff and sales team to promote customer knowledge of alternative delivery channels, (Cash Management, Online Banking, Telebank, etc.)
n
- Ensure branch merchandising and marketing materials are current
n
- Comply with all applicable Banking compliance rules and regulations established by both internal departments and external agencies
n
- Support branch in handling complex customer inquiries and relationships including all new accounts., etc.
n
- Maintain operational integrity and mitigate risk of the branch through best practices, staff training and development.

Qualifications
n
n
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or
n
- 5 years of financial services or related experience with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
n
- Experience and proficiency in sales management, including planning, goal setting, tracking, reporting, and selling
n
- Notary Required or obtained within 6 months of accepting position
n
- Management experience commensurate with size of assigned branch
n
- Willingness to transfer or relocate based on business need is required
n
n

Pay Range (Salary)
n
$70,304.00 - $75,000.00/year
n
