Real Sonder is seeking an exceptional Senior Stylist and 1st Year apprentice to join our team. As Senior, you're someone who's been on the floor for years, knows your way around advanced colour techniques, and still finds joy in the craft. We're looking for someone who:

n

n




- Has at least 5 years' experience as a qualified stylist
n
- Must hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognized qualification
n
- Is highly confident in all current colour techniques — blonding, balayage, creative colour, corrections, and more
n
- Is familiar with L'Oréal Professional colour and retail (a bonus, not a deal breaker)
n
- Takes pride in accurate cutting and delivering consistently excellent results
n
- Communicates clearly, connects with clients, and enjoys building long-term relationships
n
- Is looking for a salon that prioritizes quality over quantity and creativity over ego
n
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
