We are currently recruiting for an exciting Director of Nursingopportunity with a large and well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Northern Sydney.

The Prospect

n

As Director of Nursing, you will work closely alongside the Facility Manager to drive clinical excellence and support the continued success of the home.

Reporting structure

n

Facility Manager →Director of Nursing → Care Managers & Clinical Care Team

n

You will be responsible for

n

n
- Providing senior clinical leadership and guidance across the service
n
- Coaching and mentoring Care Managers and clinical teams
n
- Supporting best practice clinical standards and continuous improvement initiatives
n




- Promoting a positive and accountable care culture
n
- Driving quality outcomes and ensuring strong clinical governance
n

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
- 4+ years' experience as a Care Manager within Residential Aged Care
n
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and aged care standards
n
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence clinical teams
n
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
n

n

Previous Director of Nursing experience within Residential Aged Care is highly desirable, however experienced Senior Care Managers ready to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
