About The Opportunity
n
We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner, ANZ to support our Milwaukee customer and business plans. The main focus of this role is to build a fit for purpose demand plan that ensures gaps, risk and opportunities across the demand planning portfolio are understood and managed across the stakeholder base.
n
Reporting directly to the Demand Planning Lead you will be based at our Notting Hill office in a hybrid-based role.
n
Your day to day will include:
n
n
- Manage demand inputs from different sources.
n
- Manage system health for statistical forecast generation.
n
- Account intelligence via collaboration with cross functional team (quantitative and qualitative data).
n
- Control demand inputs such as dealer catalogues, new stores estimates,
new business partners and monitor any demand changes to balance the stock across the different plants.
n
- Own the demand sensing and controlling process to ensure latest information is accurate and update into our systems.
n
- Provide accurate product lifecycle input regarding new products, transitions and deletions.
n
- Question the assumptions and rationale behind the forecast to have a solid understanding of the increase or decrease.
n
- Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions.
n
- Manage the Risks and Opportunities to the plan – escalating any relevant risks.
n
- Coordinate the Handover process between S&OP; and S&OE.;
n
- Facilitate the portfolio management process, providing key outputs and insights for decision making.
n
- Generate KPI reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP; process.
n
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the demand and overall supply chain process seeking the company's optimisation of resources.

About You
n
You will have a proven track record in a similar Demand Planning role within a fast-paced supply chain setting with a flexible and adaptable approach to change. You are ready for a new challenge and have the following qualifications, skills and attributes.
n
n
- Business Degree or similar.
n
- Strong analytical skills and well organised.
n
- Critical thinker who shows initiative.
n
- Experience in External and Internal collaboration and good influencing skills.
n
- Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes.
n
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
n
- Experience using SAP S/4 HANA preferred.
n
- Advanced Excel is important, and knowledge of BI tools will be highly regarded.
