About The Role

n

Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support, assist customers with product information and advice, problem‐solve and use sales techniques. They promote specials, arrange buy‐ins, process customer credits, and are the first point of contact for customers (in‐person and over the phone).

n

Duties Include

- Interpret parts

- Process customer orders

- Efficiently dispatch products and parts

- Promote specials

- Arrange buy‐ins

- Process customer credits

- First point of contact for customers (in‐person and over the phone)

Note: this role requires lifting, bending and climbing.
