Your Core Focus

n

n
- Ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
n
- Prepare site start packs
n
- Handle a variety of tasks including administration, procurement, scheduling, and supplier liaison
n
- Raise, source, place, and compile purchase orders & subcontract agreements
n
- Source project costs and negotiate with suppliers & contractors
n
- Work closely with site supervisors to organise deliveries & schedule works
n
- Manage documentation and assist with reception tasks (answering calls, greeting clients)
n




- Provide administration support and assist with site meetings
n

n

What We Require

n

n
- Previous experience in project coordination, pre-construction administration or a similar role
n
- Strong understanding of commercial building processes, specifically retail
n
- Ability to read and interpret various types of construction drawings and documents
n
- Familiarity with workflow management apps such as ClickUp, Monday, Smartsheet etc
n
- Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent is favorable
n
