SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT | FASHION & LIFESTYLE INDUSTRY

Who in the Zoo Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established fashion and lifestyle business to recruit a Shipping & Logistics Assistant to join their growing operations team based onsite in Alexandria, Sydney.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across logistics, imports, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being involved across international product movement and operational coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Coordinating international shipments from origin to destination
n
- Managing freight bookings and shipment schedules
n
- Tracking containers, vessel updates, and delivery timelines
n
- Updating shipment trackers and logistics reporting
n
- Liaising with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
n
- Supporting warehouse and supply chain operations
n




- Maintaining shipping documentation and system accuracy
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, imports, or supply chain
n
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and follow-up ability
n
- Experience using Excel and tracking systems
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
