As a 180 Consultant, your mission is simple: lock down top-tier talent and deliver exceptional candidate care. You will inherit a warm portfolio spanning both blue-collar and white-collar sectors, giving you the immediate platform to bill, succeed, and reap the rewards.

Key Responsibilities

- Focus heavily on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Act as the primary delivery partner for established clients, providing market insights and top-tier service.
- Build and nurture deep talent pipelines using advanced sourcing channels, referrals, and networking.
- End-to-End Delivery - coordinate interviews, manage offers, and handle onboarding with transparency and care.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage payroll handovers, and ensure strict compliance.
- Partner with the team to understand client briefs and smash weekly placement targets.

What You Will Bring

- 1-2+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally managing fast-paced temp, contract, or perm desks within the blue-collar space.
- Proven ability to find passive talent and build solid candidate relationships.
- Prior exposure to blue-collar (trades, transport, logistics) or white-collar (business support, finance, IT) sectors is highly regarded.
- A driven, goal-oriented mindset that thrives on filling jobs quickly without compromising on quality.
- Outstanding communication skills and a consultative approach to candidate care.
