Your recent role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be the driving force behind connecting top talent with leading businesses. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

In this exciting role, you'll build and nurture client relationships through strategic business development activities, interview and assess candidates to identify the right talent, and proactively create talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your professional brand through networking and industry events while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, helping deliver outstanding outcomes for both candidates and clients.

What you'll need to succeed In this role,



you'll partner with Human Resources professionals across a diverse range of organisations, helping them attract and secure exceptional talent. Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone with the drive to learn, the ambition to succeed, who is resilient when things don’t go to plan and a genuine passion for building relationships.

To be successful, you'll be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, environment. You'll be confident building strong partnerships with customers, driven to achieve results, thinking beyond the obvious to deliver innovative solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues while remaining adaptable to day to day change.

You are naturally solution-focused, respectful in your approach, and committed to doing the right thing by the people you interact with. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, resilience, and a willingness to learn as you build your career as the Human Resources expert in the Adelaide market.

To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in Australia and be available to work 4 days per week.
