Greenstaff Medical is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis. As a casual Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare delivery objectives, bringing your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to patient care whenever you are scheduled.
What we're looking for
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse, with unrestricted practice rights
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical experience in general medical and/or surgical nursing settings
- Demonstrated competence in patient assessment, observation and monitoring skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to therapeutic guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to maintaining accurate and timely patient records in accordance with legislative and professional standards
- Ability to work independently and use qualified judgement, whilst seeking guidance and support when required
