Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our recent Ocean Grove store in Victoria. You will lead a team of up to 15, coach and train them, and ensure the store reflects Ghanda’s visual guidelines and brand direction.
You will also collaborate with stock planning to optimise floor space and stock levels. The role offers a 38-hour week, with overtime penalties if required, plus clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme and unlimited staff family clothing discounts.
