Position Description

n

As a result of growth within the corporate practice generally, this premier law firm is now looking for a Lawyer with 4+ years PQE experience to join its leading M&A; practice.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Advising on large-scale public and private M&A; transactions.
n
- Supporting capital markets and governance matters for ASX-listed clients.
n
- Developing long-term client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
n

n

Requirements

n

You will have 4+ years' experience in corporate law.

n

n
- Top-tier experience in M&A; or corporate advisory.
n
- Commercially minded.
n
- Experience working directly with clients.
n
