The Role Reporting into the Business Leadership, you will;nn
- Manage, oversee and coordinate the Projects team, and work closely with other internal and external key stakeholders.
n
- Maintain a high level of compliance to the PMP process across the region and be heavily involved in the project reviews, project kickoffs, bid sign offs and sales handover.
n
- Ensure the team operate in a safe manner and adhere to the Values of the business.
n

Your Challenge:n
- Deliver A$130m+project in a brownfield workplace within 2 years
n
- Develop strong relationships with all major key stakeholders consistentwith a construction project
n
- Develop a strategy and establish/adjust structures
n
- Lead all areas of the Project, in addition to Project Management,



such as Engineering, Commissioning, etc
Skills and Experience Required You are a natural leader who understands the ethos that people buy from people. It is essential you bring:nn
- Complex Industrial Automation project delivery (A$100m+) of Electro-Mechanical nature
n
- PMP Certification Engineering related tertiary or diploma education
n
- Leadership of people with a technical engineering profile
n
- Exceptional ability to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from scratch
n
- Ability to lead operational and maintenance personnel
n
- Sound working knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes including the ability to estimate cost to complete and forecast cost at completion
n
- Management of contractual and commercial issues such as variations
n
- Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management
n
