SAP FICO Functional Consultant - Major ERP Transformation | Brisbane, QLD

Join a large-scale ERP transformation program delivering smarter, more connected financial systems for one of Australia's largest and most complex organisations.

As an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing financial integrations between SAP S/4HANA Finance and multiple external revenue systems. This is a hands-on functional role that combines deep SAP expertise with the ability to shape how revenue, banking, and liquidity management processes are modernised across the organisation.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP FICO to support revenue, margin analysis, and liquidity processes.
n
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, finance leaders, and technical teams to align business requirements with SAP capabilities.
n
- Design and implement scalable integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external sales-type systems.
n
- Ensure financial data accuracy and seamless posting to the General Ledger.
n
- Support testing, data migration, go-live, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 7+ years' experience in SAP FICO, with strong knowledge of OTC and revenue processes.
n




- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and external system integration.
n
- Understanding of SD billing and financial posting flows.
n
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Strong analytical mindset and delivery focus.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience in large government, utilities, or enterprise finance transformation programs.
n
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, BTP services, Cloud ALM, and SAP Activate methodology.
n
- Understanding of finance data governance and compliance frameworks.
n

n
