The position offers broad exposure and hands‐on experience, working closely with both local and global HR colleagues to deliver practical, people‐focused support across the Pacific region. Base pay range

A$130,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Build robust relationships across all levels of the business
n
- Provide day‐to‐day HR advice and support to leaders and employees
n
- Coach managers and support ER case management (e.g., performance, parental leave, grievances)
n
- Contribute to key HR projects including DEI, L&D;, performance and pay reviews, and succession planning
n
- Drive engagement initiatives such as surveys and check‐ins
n
- Support visa and immigration processes, including secondments
n
- Draft and issue employment offers and respond to contract or benefits queries
n
- Use data and analytics to support decision‐making and prepare reports
n
n
What We're Looking For
n

- Solid HR experience, ideally in a mid‐sized corporate environment
n
- Strong understanding of ER and case management
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
n
- Comfortable using HR systems and data to support decision‐making
n
- Proactive, solutions‐focused, and commercially aware
n
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a bonus
n
