About The Role

As Room Leader, you'll lead your room with confidence, creativity and care, supporting children through a play-based learning approach aligned with the EYLF. You'll mentor and guide fellow educators while creating engaging learning environments where children can thrive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to step into a leadership role or continue growing their leadership journey within a supportive organisation.

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
- Previous experience leading or supporting a room
n
- Robust understanding of the EYLF and National Quality FrameworkPassion for creating meaningful learning experiences for children
n
- A team-oriented and positive approach to teamwork
n
