The Role

You'll be the face of the business in one of their high-performing display homes meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle needs, and guiding them through the process of building their new home. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that rewards energy, professionalism, and results.

What You'll Do
n

- Manage and convert walk-in and online enquiries
n
- Qualify buyers and present tailored home and land solutions
n
- Guide clients through design, pricing, and contract stages
n
- Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
- Represent a trusted brand with one of the highest client satisfaction ratings in the state
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in new home sales, property, or high-value retail sales
n
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
- Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
n
- Qualified presentation and strong attention to detail
n
- Availability to work weekends (two rostered weekdays off)
n
