Queensland & VIC Regional Manager - Licences 4 Work

Just Careers Training Pty Ltd, trading as Licences 4 Work, is one of Australia’s leading Registered Training Organisations, delivering nationally recognised training across Construction, High Risk Work, Safety, Warehousing, Supply Chain and Logistics.

With a growing network of training locations across Australia, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Queensland & Victoria to lead our operations across both states and support the continued growth of the business.

This is a senior operational leadership position with responsibility for people, performance, growth, customer experience and operational outcomes across the Queensland and Victorian regions.

Regular travel between Queensland and Victoria is an essential requirement of this role.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, the Regional Manager will take ownership of the operational performance, leadership and continued growth of the Queensland and Victorian regions.

You will work closely with Branch Managers, Training Managers, Sales, Employment Pathways, HR, Compliance and other support functions to ensure our sites are operating efficiently, achieving commercial and operational targets, and delivering a consistently high standard of training and service.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who is comfortable being visible across the sites, working closely with managers and teams, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of outcomes.

Lead and oversee operations across Queensland and Victoria, ensuring consistent performance across all sites.

Manage, coach and support Branch Managers and regional teams to achieve operational, commercial and service targets.

Drive regional growth through increased course delivery, stronger utilisation, business development and new opportunities.

Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability,



resourcing and overall regional performance.

Build strong relationships with employers, employment service providers, industry partners and key internal stakeholders.

Ensure training delivery meets company, RTO, WHS and compliance requirements.

Support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and team development.

Lead operational improvements, change initiatives and the rollout of new courses, sites and business projects.

Maintain a strong on‑site leadership presence through regular travel across Queensland and Victoria.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a regional, multi‑site or senior operational management role.

Experience within an RTO, VET, education, training, service or similar operational environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams across multiple locations.

Commercial understanding across budgets, profitability, forecasting and performance targets.

Experience driving sales, business development and growth opportunities.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.

A proactive, hands‑on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operations.

Ability to lead change, improve processes and operate effectively in a rapid‑paced environment.

Willingness to travel regularly across Queensland and Victoria.

Previous RTO experience is highly advantageous.

Travel Requirement





This role oversees operations across Queensland and Victoria and requires regular interstate and regional travel.

Applicants must be willing and able to travel frequently to maintain a strong leadership presence across both regions. A current driver's licence is essential.
