We're partnering with a growing, specialist services business operating within the infrastructure and electrical projects space.

HR Business Partner

n

With a strong pipeline of work and plans for significant growth, the business is entering a key phase of expansion and looking to strengthen its internal people capability.

n

This is a newly shaped role and will be the first dedicated HR presence on the ground, working closely with leadership to support both office and site-based teams.

n

It is a hands‐on, standalone HR role where you'll take ownership of recruitment, day‐to‐day HR support, and building structure across the business.

n

You'll be embedded in a close‐knit team environment, partnering directly with leadership while supporting a growing workforce across multiple projects.

n

The role will initially have a strong focus on recruitment and operational HR, with scope to evolve into a broader business partnering position as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end‐to‐end recruitment across technical, operational and corporate roles
n
- Partner with managers across office and site teams to provide practical HR support
n
- Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct and investigations
n




- Support onboarding and workforce planning during a period of rapid growth
n
- Review and improve HR processes, policies and systems
n
- Build structure and consistency across HR as the business scales
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in a HR Generalist, Advisor or HR Business Partner role
n
- Strong recruitment capability, ideally in a growing or project‐based environment
n
- Comfortable operating in a standalone or low‐structure HR setting
n
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, engineering or similar industries highly regarded
n
- Confident supporting both blue and white collar workforces
n
- Hands‐on, adaptable and commercially minded
n
