- Enterprise Solution and Architecture Design
n
- Multi-Country Roll-out experience
n
- Experience in Multiple Salesforce.com Products such as Salesforce Platform and CRM application.
n
- Experience with Design and build - clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
n
- Experience in implementing Flows, Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components, Batch Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.
n
- Experience in designing and implementing Custom Business Process via Apex and Lightning Technology.
n
- Familiar with all the governance limitations across editions of salesforce.com
n
- Having Experience in integrating salesforce with external application using third party tools via Platform events, SOAP and REST API Integration
n
- Experience in Salesforce Implementation and Enhancements life cycle with multiple geographies.
n
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD implementations - Release Management with multiple phases.
n
- Production Deployment Best Practices

Role Definition

- Work closely with Enterprise Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
n
- Have ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and industry best practices.
n
- Lead and mentor the development team on the project.
n
- Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
n




- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
n
- Contribute excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
n
- Undergo training in Salesforce product features and implementations and act as a Product SME during implementations
n
- Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the platform
n
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Need to be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining concepts to both managerial and technical colleagues.
