What you'll be doing
Write, edit and proofread engaging content for tenders, EOIs, capability statements, project profiles, awards and other business communications.
Coordinate information from people across the business and turn technical material into clear, compelling written content.
Help manage submissions from initial planning through to final production and delivery, keeping contributors, information and deadlines on track.
Prepare polished presentations, reports and branded collateral using Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe InDesign.
Research clients, projects and opportunities to help develop tailored and persuasive submissions.
Work collaboratively with our submissions, operational and leadership teams while developing your knowledge of commercial construction and bid writing.
About you:
To be successful in this position you’ll be highly motivated,
adaptable and willing to learn while building relationships with others. We are looking for someone to complement a team with a variety of marketing and communications skills and potential to develop graphics skills . You will have excellent communication, editing and proofreading skills and will be able to deliver a high standard of service. You will be interested in promotional communications, publications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination and management. Construction or tender experience isn't essential
Working with our friendly team based in Bulimba, you’ll feel supported from your very first day. You’ll need a sense of humour, helpful ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to impress with your initiative.
