Role Description

n

We're seeking a Site/Project Engineer or Construction Management professional to join our growing team in South East Queensland. This is a full-time, on-site role with broad exposure across the full development lifecycle — from acquisition and design through to construction delivery.

n

Working alongside our civil site supervisor, you'll help program site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.



You'll also play a key role in design development, quality control, troubleshooting, resource management, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in site management, construction processes, and resource allocation
n
- Solid technical skills in engineering design, project management, and problem-solving
n
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
n
- Previous experience in urban development, civil construction, or subdivisions is a plus
