Our Federal Government client is Australia's principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

The Role

n

This is an exciting prospect to join a high-impact, multidisciplinary team focused on strengthening fraud detection, insider threat prevention, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in building and supporting a behavioural analytics platform, leveraging AWS cloud technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions in a complex environment.

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Develop, maintain, and enhance AWS cloud-native applications
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
n
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to solution design
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues
n
- Deploy and support applications,



ensuring performance and security standards are met
n
- Contribute to agile delivery processes and provide technical guidance to team members
n

n

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

n

n
- Proven experience developing and supporting solutions in AWS environments
n
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and VPC
n
- Experience working with Linux-based systems
n
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and deployment tools such as CDK, Terraform, or Ansible
n
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues
n
- Experience working in agile environments across both cloud and application development
n
