Responsibilities

n

You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view,



shared services and GL accounting - with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.

n

Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations, and process improvement as part of finance transformation.

n

About you

n

n
- Circa 5 years experience across senior leadership positions - either as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller
n
- Chartered training desired - audit or business advisory
n
- Experience in a multisite operation (highly regarded)
n
- A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace
n
- Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with strong financial management expertise
n
