Opportunity

- Lead and deliver concept and detailed designs for HV (220 kV) and EHV substations across Australia and New Zealand.
n
- Collaborate with a team of power engineers, designers and technical leaders.
n
- Mentor and coach emerging power electrical engineers.
n
- Support client management activities, including bidding and proposal preparation.
n
- Contribute to quality assurance and contract compliance.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Experience producing substation layouts, equipment lists, clearance checks and HV cable designs.
n
- Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
n
- Proficiency in CYMCAP, CDEGs, Autodesk SBS, Inventor, Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to calculate earthing design, cabling sizing, etc.
n
- Experience leading complex high‐voltage substation design projects.
n
- Solid relationship building and collaboration across functions.
n
- Demonstrated motivation to learn, grow in a team and manage multiple tasks.
n
