What You'll Be Doing

- Advise clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance
n
- Handle discrimination, harassment, and employee dispute matters
n




- Support clients through restructures, redundancies, and organisational change
n
- Assist with dispute resolution, including negotiations and formal proceedings
n
- Stay across legislative and regulatory developments impacting employment law
n
- Work closely with colleagues across teams on complex, multi-faceted matters
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, commercial advice
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' post‐qualification experience in private practice employment law
n
- Robust technical expertise with a commercial, client‐focused mindset
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform well under pressure
n
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to teamwork
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes
